How can I order a publication?
Please visit our website, select and order your product and proceed to checkout. You can either pay by credit card of Ideal (The Netherlands). Payment on invoice is possible, please contact email@example.com for more information.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once the order is processed, it will be handed over to a courier. As soon as the track & trace is available you will automatically receive a link.
How do I receive my ebook?
You will automatically receive a download link in the email confirmation immediately after the checkout process has been completed. Click on the link to download your ebook. The download link that you receive is valid for a maximum of 30 days. Your ebook will always be available once you have downloaded and saved it. Please contact us if you purchased your ebook more than 30 days ago and the link no longer works.
