Eelco Piena
Mr. Piena is working his whole life in the boating business, especially in watersports. As manager of the ANWB, the Dutch version of the AAA (USA) or RCA (UK), he was responsible for all the publications on boating. In that position he wrote books about the regulations on the water, developed and gave courses on boating and was responsible for the production of boating charts.
After his retirement with the ANWB he continued to do so as a freelance editor, so he is proud and happy to work with Wencke on some of the publications of PoleStar Publishing.
